I opened Y2 Academy at 108 US-46 in Parsippany because I kept seeing strong students lose 100 or more points to pacing and careless errors, not to missing knowledge.
Our Saturdays are long on purpose. Students take a full test in the morning, and in the afternoon a teacher goes through every question they missed. Classes stay at ten, so nobody gets to hide in the back.
