Grade 8 · New Jersey standards

Professor Numerus is locked in the Math Lab.

Five doors stand between the Professor and the corridor, and each one is holding out for a grade 8 math problem. Equations, functions, exponents, geometry, and one last screen full of data.

Get one wrong and you will get a hint, not a game over. Get it wrong twice and the Professor will walk you through it and open the door anyway — nobody stays stuck in here.

The doors draw their problems at random from a much larger set, so a second run is a different set of five.
